Industry Leaders working to effectively address the "user problem"
While security awareness is important, solving the problem requires a comprehensive approach of filtering out attaches before they reach the user, guiding the user to make the proper decision, and then anticipating a potentially harmful action, while implementing the appropriate protections throughout the cycle. The HSEC intends to define the solution set to the User Problem.
The HSEC strategy brings together organizational stakeholders who will drive our requirements. Academics and thought leaders will define strategies and perform research to define the problem and solution set. We will then put together a vendor ecosystem to create the solutions required to solve the problems. HSEC will provide strategy and methodologies, along with supporting research, to solve what is commonly referred to as "The user problem" in cybersecurity.
HSEC is currently an invitation-only group of senior security executives from leading global organizations. We will create a vendor program in the near future. If you are interested in joining HSEC as a member of our executive committee or in another capacity in the future, please contact us.
